Haunted Hike – October 28-30

Our student council has been busy gathering many volunteers for our first annual Haunted Hike. This event is not for the faint of heart, and is certain to offer all guests a real scare before Halloween. This is a major school event, and the students at S.R.S. are certain that it will be bigger and better than anything before. Anyone in the Souris area that would like to volunteer or donate any spooky things for our trail, please call the school and ask to speak to Nathan Paton or Alyson MacCormack.

This event will take place at 121 St. Charles Road on a well-maintained trail. What in the day time looks like a normal running trail will be turned into a spooky, yet spectacular Halloween trail, complete with live actors out to scare you.

Student council will be advertising all over the eastern end of the island. Posters will be sent out to schools and put up around the town of Souris. Keep a lookout for these posters, and also our Facebook page, Souris Regional School.

The event will be run the weekend before Halloween; October 28th- 30th from 6pm-9pm. Admission is by donation so join us for a walk you won’t forget! We DARE you to walk through without making one cry or scream!
